Our model creates opportunities for students to partner with community members and local business leaders to create a mutually beneficial relationship. Our young men work to form a network supporting their social, emotional, and physical well-being.

RSA works with local businesses to ensure meaningful learning opportunities for our students, while providing our community with the support to thrive. Students explore areas of interest within the community through active engagement and relationship building. The learning opportunities provided by local businesses provide students with an avenue to explore, learn, and grow as an individual within the greater community.
